Did you know that geldings can sometimes continue to try to breed even after they have been gelded? If they try to breed a pregnant dam, that could lead to an abortion. This makes placing geldings in with pregnant dams as companions a risky venture unless you really know the gelding.

Since this is a heritable defect, we will not use her in our breeding program and are now offering her as a companion female. Other than her small ovaries, Fionna is in great health.
