We are extremely excited to co-own this male with Leraso Farm and Cedar Haven Farm.  Ruggiero holds a unique line through his sire CPeruvian Abel who has very few cria on the ground, only 20 as of July 2006.  And only a handful of these are full Accoyo males and Ruggiero is one of them.  Abel was retained by the importers for their personal herds, for they viewed him as the finest of all the CPeruvian Accoyo herdsires brought in during the last importation through Canada in 1998. 

Ruggiero has lived in the shadow of his pasture mate LFA Accoyo Belmonte and was shown only a time or two, but believe me he brings everything you would want to the table with strong conformation, density, and brilliant white luster.  As is always the case, the proof is in the progeny and all 3 of his cria are topnotch.
